Visiting this website
Our hosting and infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, processes technical connection data, including your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and request times, to deliver and protect the website.
This processing serves our legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and functioning website under Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
The public website does not use advertising or analytics tools. Website fonts and images are served from our own website infrastructure.
Feedback, suggestions and complaints
Our private feedback form allows you to submit a comment, suggestion or complaint without providing your name, email address or telephone number.
We store the submission category, topic, message, page language, submission date and time, and the version of the notice displayed with the form.
Requesting a response is optional. If you request one, we also collect the email address or telephone number you provide. Providing your name is optional. If you do not request a response, you do not need to provide contact details.
Messages are reviewed privately by authorised practice staff. They are not published or used for marketing.
We use this information to:
- Review and address feedback, suggestions and complaints.
- Improve service quality.
- Conduct internal administrative reviews.
- Respond when you request a reply.
Ordinary personal data used for these purposes is processed under Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK, where necessary for the practice’s legitimate interests and provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
Your IP address is used temporarily in server memory to limit repeated submissions. It is not saved with your feedback.
Please do not include medical records, details of your diagnosis or treatment, identity numbers or other people’s personal data. This form is not intended for medical consultations, appointment requests or emergencies. A message may identify you even if you leave the contact fields blank.
How long feedback information is kept
Optional names, email addresses and telephone numbers are retained only while needed to handle the submission and provide any requested response, and for no longer than one month from the submission date.
Personal information is deleted sooner when it is no longer needed. Identifying information contained within the message is also removed, or the message is deleted if it cannot be reliably anonymised.
Feedback may be retained for service-quality evaluation only in a form that no longer identifies you and cannot reasonably be linked back to you.
If a specific legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim requires particular records to be retained longer, retention is limited to the necessary information and period, with restricted access.
Backups: the database provider keeps recovery copies of the database for up to 30 days after a deletion, and this period cannot be shortened. If a copy is ever restored, the website automatically deletes again any submissions that have already passed the retention period.
This feedback retention period does not apply to clinical patient records, which are handled separately from the website’s feedback system.
Google Maps and browser preferences
The Contact section includes an interactive Google Maps map. It loads automatically when that section comes into view, unless you have disabled it through Cookie Settings.
When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives technical information such as your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
You can disable the interactive map at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer. A locally hosted map image is then displayed instead. Disabling the map prevents subsequent loading of the embed; it does not reverse information already transmitted to Google.
Your map preference is stored in your browser until you change it or clear the website’s stored data. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current visit.
The restricted staff area uses a separate authentication service and sign-in cookie. This does not apply to ordinary visitors to the public website.
Contacting the practice
Telephone, WhatsApp and email links open the relevant communication service on your device. The website’s feedback database does not store messages sent through these separate channels.
The practice and the relevant service providers process the information you share to handle your enquiry. For appointment enquiries, ordinary personal data is processed under Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK where necessary for steps directly related to entering into a service agreement.
Please avoid sending detailed health information through general enquiry channels. These channels are not intended for emergencies.
Service providers and processing outside Türkiye
Cloudflare provides website hosting, security and database services. Feedback submissions are stored using Cloudflare’s infrastructure and are accessible to authorised practice staff through a restricted staff area.
Cloudflare operates internationally, and personal data may be processed outside Türkiye. Google also processes technical data when its embedded map loads. If you use WhatsApp or email to contact us, the relevant providers may process information outside Türkiye as part of delivering their services.
The purposes and processing grounds described in this notice do not, by themselves, establish a legal basis for international transfers. International transfers are separately subject to Article 9 of the KVKK.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about that processing.
- Learn its purpose and whether your data is used accordingly.
- Learn which third parties receive your data in Türkiye or abroad.
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met.
- Request notification of corrections, deletion or destruction to recipients.
- Object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis.
- Seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You may submit a formal request in writing to the practice’s postal address or through another legally recognised application method. When applying by ordinary email, use an address previously supplied to and registered with the practice.
Requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. Please do not submit identity documents or medical records through the feedback form.
