The private feedback, suggestion, and complaint channel

This website has no public contact form, but it does have a private feedback, suggestion, and complaint channel (below "What Patients Say"). Submissions there are never published — they are sent only to authorized clinic staff, for internal review.

What is collected: the type of submission (feedback, suggestion, or complaint), a topic, and your message. Requesting a reply is optional and off by default; if you turn it on, an email address or phone number is also collected (not both required), and you may optionally give a name. If you leave reply requests off, no name or contact details are collected or stored with your submission at all.

Why: solely so authorized clinic staff can review the submission and, only if you asked for a reply, respond to you about it. It is never used for marketing, and messages are never automatically translated through an external AI service.

Who can access it: a small number of authorized clinic staff only, through an access-controlled internal system — never the public, and never published on this website in any form.

How long it's kept: submissions are kept only for as long as necessary to review and, where requested, respond to them, and are not reused for any other purpose.

Where it's processed: the hosting arrangement for this channel had not been finalized at the time this notice was last updated. This section will be updated with the actual processing location, and whether that involves a transfer of data outside Türkiye, before the channel is enabled for real submissions.

These are external communication channels — a phone call, a WhatsApp message, or an email — and any information you share through them is handled according to the systems and policies of those respective services (for example, your phone carrier, WhatsApp/Meta, or your email provider), not by this website.
